About Me

My specialty is making people feel confident and helping them to embrace their beauty on all levels. I know how important it is to be comfortable in your own skin and express your individuality, and I want my clients to feel like they just stepped onto the cover of a magazine every time they step out of their home. Nothing is more fun to me than creating a customized look or set of looks that are perfect for your big day, special occasion, or personal photos… I can even teach you how to do your own makeup so you can learn to perfect your favorite techniques and looks yourself!

I have been working as a Makeup Artist since 2004. Makeup has been both a passion and a creative outlet for me since I was young. I started as a self-taught artist, doing local weddings and photo shoots, before deciding that I wanted to learn more and fine tune my artistry skills.

In 2010, I moved from my hometown of Norman, Oklahoma to Los Angeles, California where I graduated from Makeup Designory. There, I picked up many new tricks that range from perfecting a flawless, camera ready makeup application, to turning someone into a swamp monster, and a little bit of everything in between.

While living and working in Los Angeles, I gained even more experience by being part of photo shoots with well-known photographers and working on various other productions. In the past, I have even had the opportunity to travel abroad for some clients. Another exciting part of my journey in LA was starting a career with MAC Cosmetics, who I am honored to have worked for for nearly a decade.

Now that I’m back in the OKC area, my main focus is freelance work such as weddings, special events, lessons, and photo shoots.

I am currently booking for bigger jobs and productions in the Los Angeles area in 2020 and cannot wait to travel back to my other "home" off and on for work as well as fun.

When I’m not busy with makeup artistry, I enjoy photography, reading, cooking, caring for my plants and orchids, playing video games, and indulging in the occasional Harry Potter movie marathon. I also spend a lot of time working with exotic animals and reptiles, and I share my home with an Olde English Bulldogge and French Mastiff.
